When Posting an Ad on www.roosell.com the Ad will be posted from your location or the location the product/service is located, Duplicate postings will not be permitted.

Guarentees and Warranties:
www.roosell.com (Roosell), and those who operate Roosell, do not provide
warranties or guarantee the quality, accuracy, state or condition of product (new or
used) for any products or services listed, advertised, sold, or traded, through
www.roosell.com or any linked or affiliated third parties, including (but not limited
to): websites, companies, or individuals.

Copyright and Trademark:
Any third party logos or trademarks are not claimed as our own. Logos affiliated
with Roosell are considered intellectual property of www.roosell.com and are not to
be borrowed or used for individual financial gain, unless consent has been formally
given. Any use of these logos without consent will be considered plagiarism.

Prices and Payments:
The use of www.roosell.com for personal or commercial advertising is free until
further notice. If advertisements are listed at the time of price change, you will not
be charged and the advertisement will remain active for the duration that was
selected when the ad was posted. Any ads posted thereafter the price change will be
subjected to these fees.

Products and Services:
Roosell reserves the right to discontinue, or deny access to, products and services
provided on www.roosell.com for any reason, if deemed necessary.

Liability:
Roosell is not liable for accuracy of comments/posts made by third parties, nor does
Roosell endorse any comments/views of third parties. It is your responsibility to
determine whether or not a listing by a third party is legitimate and not a scam. By
using Roosell, you are responsible for your own safety when contacting third parties
found on or through this site, you agree to notify and contact www.roosell.com if
you have any concerns about any third party usage, illegal or inappropriate content
found or listed on www.roosell.com.

-Knives (with exception to: kitchen utensils/cutlery and unsharpened collectible/antique swords/knives)

-Prop/Replica weapons

-Tear gas/Pepper Spray

Any listings that have content listed above will be subject to removal and the poster
may experience suspension from using www.roosell.com. We do not, however,
accept liability for monitoring and administrating third party postings on
www.roosell.com.

Roosell reserves the right to modify the terms mentioned in this agreement at
anytime and without notification. By using www.roosell.com you are deemed to
have read understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions. It is the
responsibility of the user to review the terms and conditions for any changes; your
continuous use implies that you still agree to and are up to date with the current
terms listed.
